A few things I get asked most often, before we begin.

Where do the sessions happen?

Most sessions take place in Copenhagen, at your home, outdoors around the city, or somewhere a little more formal like a library. We pick the location together before the shoot, based on what the photos are for and where you feel most comfortable.

Do you travel beyond Copenhagen?

Listed prices are for sessions in Copenhagen and the immediate surrounding area. If you'd like to shoot somewhere further in Denmark, just let me know, we can talk through travel arrangements.

What should I wear?

We'll plan it together before the shoot. Bring two or three outfit options, something solid for LinkedIn (a blazer or jacket works well), something with more personality for social media or your own website, and something neutral as a safe baseline. Avoid stripes and busy patterns; they don't translate well on camera.

Do I need to speak Danish?

Not at all. I work mostly in English, and most of my clients are people relatively new to Denmark.

I'm not used to being photographed, will it feel weird?

Most people I shoot aren't. The first ten minutes are usually about settling in, and that's completely normal. I guide you through the whole thing, so you don't need to know how to pose or what to do with your hands.

Can I bring a friend?

Of course. If having someone you trust helps you feel more comfortable, that's important to me too. It shows in the photos. Just let me know in advance so we can plan around it.

How long until I get my photos?

About a week after the shoot, you'll receive a private online gallery to choose your favorites from. Once you've selected them, the edited final images are delivered shortly after through the same gallery, ready to download in high resolution.

Can I get different looks for LinkedIn, CV, and social media?

Yes, that's the idea behind the Advanced Package. With two or three outfit changes, you come away with a small set that works across different platforms, instead of one photo trying to do everything.

What kind of editing do you do?

Light and faithful to the original. Color, exposure, and small adjustments — the goal is to make the photo look like you on a good day, not to retouch you into someone else.

Can I get more photos than my package includes?

Yes. Extra edited photos beyond what's in your package are 400 DKK each. You can also add an extra hour of shooting for 1,000 DKK if you want more variety in locations or outfits.

What if I don't love the photos?

The whole process is designed so that doesn't happen. We plan together before the shoot, and you pick your favorites from a private gallery larger than your final count. As with most creative services, sessions are non-refundable once they've taken place, but my goal is always for you to walk away with photos you're proud of. If something feels off, tell me, there's almost always a way to make it right.

What if I need to reschedule?

Just let me know as early as possible and we'll find another date. Things come up and I'd rather move the shoot than have you turn up tense or rushed.

What's your cancellation policy?

Things happen, and I'll always try to find a reasonable solution. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the session receive a full refund. Within 24 to 72 hours, half the session fee is refunded. Less than 24 hours before the session, the fee can't be refunded but goes toward rescheduling at a new time. In a genuine emergency, just reach out — we'll work it out.

How and when do I pay?

Once we've talked and confirmed a date, I'll send you an invoice through the booking system. Payment is online, before the session.
